Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Best for: When you need your items quickly

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Minimum Order: $50 or more
  • Perfect for: Budget-conscious cosplayers planning ahead

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want your cosplay experience to be magical! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:

Quick Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our friendly support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package your items in their original condition and include:

  • All original tags and packaging
  • The original invoice or packing slip
  • Your Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method within 1-2 business days

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products for all cosplayers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:

  • Face & Body Paint (opened or used containers)
  • Hair Colour Spray (opened or used cans)
  • Blood effects products (opened packages)
  • Brushes & Sponges (used applicators)
  • Glitter (opened containers)
  • Any items that have been worn, washed, or altered from their original condition

Refund Timeline & Methods

We know you’re excited to get your funds back for your next cosplay adventure! Here’s what to expect:

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Step 1: We receive your return at our warehouse (3-5 business days after you ship)
  • Step 2: Inspection and processing (1-2 business days)
  • Step 3: Refund initiated to your original payment method (5-7 business days)
  • Step 4: Funds appear in your account (depends on your bank/PayPal – typically 3-10 additional business days)

Total Time: Approximately 2-3 weeks from when you ship your return

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

International Returns

For our global cosplay family:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method
  • Exchange items will be shipped via your original shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping)
